Eco Packaging Option
Your order will be sent in our 100% organic cotton eco bags, our smaller sizes feature a drawstring closure with our larger sizes being a tote style. To ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, they will be sent in our 100% biodegradable poly bags.
Gift Wrapping Option
Your order will be sent in our signature Spell box and will be wrapped in tissue paper.
You will receive our signature Spell Bridal Box and your gown wrapped in tissue paper.
Recycling & Finer Details
Our Eco Drawstring Bags are unbleached, organic cotton & reusable. We thank you for choosing to walk a little lighter on this earth.
We moved to 100% Bio-degradable polybags in August 2016. As these bags break down naturally, they can be placed in your compost or organics waste bin.
Please Note: Some older items may still be packaged in our non- bio-degradable polybags. We recommend contacting your local council to find out how to recycle these, as it can vary depending on what facilities they have available.

All orders are sent via USPS Priority and take 3-5 business days to arrive after dispatch. In addition, an Express Courier service is available for orders within the USA for $12.95. These orders will be sent with either UPS or Fedex, and take 1-2 business days to arrive after dispatch.
All orders placed before 1pm PDT time are processed the next business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
If you are located outside of the US, we offer flat rate shipping of $25. Please note due to recent VAT changes we have a minimum order value of $185 for orders to be able to be shipped to the United Kingdom, at this time we are unable to ship orders to the UK that are under this amount.
All international orders are sent with DHL's Global Mail service or APC that is then passed onto your local postal service once the order arrives in your country. Delivery times can vary between 7-14 business days for DHL Global Mail or 7-21 business days for APC. Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.
During COVID-19 due to the significant delays with international shipping (up to 3 months) our warehouse may send international parcels with alternative carriers.

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Spell is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular we recommend double checking your email address and delivery address. Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. *Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
Unfortunately, due to carrier limitations we are currently unable to ship to the following countries/regions:

- Korea, Democratic People's Republic Of (North Korea)
- Saudi Arabia
