Fun shirt to brighten any day!
The shirt is a lovely fabric for swanning about with a margi. Its oversized but not voluminous thanks to the drape of the fabric, which has a good weight without being too sweaty. Love the colours and cactus details, which keep it youthful and fun. I wear it as an open shirt over a plain outfit (jeans or jean skirt) to brighten things up. My only criticisms are that the sleeves don't stay rolled up because of the silkiness, so it would have been good to have a loop over button thing for that. Also, for me it is too shapeless to wear as a dress (and no belt loops to hold a belt at a nice high waisted spot on the silky fabric). I might add some belt loops myself so I can either tie a robe tie behind me for shape whilst wearing open as a robe, or tie as a dress to give it a waist - otherwise I just get lost in it when its worn closed. I am happy enough wearing it as a long open shirt (exactly what I bought it for), but those options would have made it more versatile for styling.
Anyway, love it, and as a side note the service in the Manly store was lovely :) pardon the changeroom selfie - btw they look great with the Rocker denim flares.

Amazing. Love this so much.
I’ve always admired your designs and fabrics. But the style is not always me…. But this screamed me and greeted me the first time I visited your store in Byron.
Most complemented piece in my wardrobe.

So gorgeous
I’ve got the previous Margi Hour robe, and I love it! So I was determined to get the shirt dress when this drop came out.
I love it so much! The colours are so bright, and it feels amazing on. I’ve used the tie from my robe so I have some shape when I wear it.
If this colourway had a robe I would have gotten that too!

Fun pretty in pink.
Material is quite slippery, but it makes it look much dressier than my other cotton shirt dresses. Can’t wait to wear it out 🥂
